The owners are very friendly and take the time to explain despite our very bad knowledge of Italian. Grazie mille

It is incredible that the latest reviews received by the pharmacy absolutely do not reflect the reality of the facts. The pharmacy is managed with education and professionalism and I am very happy with the level of service it offers to the country. I confirm the possibility of having home deliveries in case of problems or products found very quickly if not present in the pharmacy. Furthermore, I have lived in Tellaro for forty years and I have no idea who the person who "frequently frequents" the town is. Or I find it hard to believe that in times of COVID only one pharmacy was open in all of La Spezia to take a rapid test. Finally, I have been using the pharmacy regularly for many years and I have never heard a rude or inappropriate word, nor a complaint because I paid by card (I practically never use cash). Rather than shoveling mud on people who do their job very well in a logistically difficult town like Tellaro, the keyboard lions in question would do better to try to work in the same conditions in which pharmacies have found themselves in the last three years and to better consider the consequences what unfounded reviews can cause to businesses.

I often visit Tellaro but I avoid going to this pharmacy, which is famous for the rudeness of the owner. In the last few days I had an emergency and I had no choice. I confirm the rumors I have heard: the pharmacist is rude and rude. With ideas that are out of this world and with the sole interest of selling you their products. If you can go elsewhere.

After calling to ask if they did rapid COVID tests, we were confirmed that they were available to do them starting from 12.30 (the only pharmacy in La Spezia and the province to do them on Sunday, so for an emergency we were forced to go there, despite it being almost an hour away from where we were at the time). They called back asking if an appointment was needed or to leave a phone number, specifying that we were about an hour away and we had come specifically to take the test for an emergency. They told us that it wasn't necessary and that we would have seen people queuing in front of the pharmacy. We arrived in front of the pharmacy at 1.45-2.00pm and the pharmacy was closed. We called to understand if they had the wrong office or what we should have done, and we were told that there were few people so they decided to close in the afternoon. After once again underlining that it was an emergency, that we had come specifically for this, after an hour's drive they told us that we would have to be in line at 12.30, that hell the test was expensive and so they decided to close without notifying us (we will have saved ourselves two hours on the road, one on the way there and one on the way back). Terrible service and terrible experience, especially considering that they should guarantee a minimum service to the public, given that it was the only pharmacy in the whole of La Spezia and its province to do so. Strongly not recommended, even if you have emergencies don't trust it because you'll fail!!
