know-it-alls and sanctimonious people always try to foist on you over-the-counter products or cosmetics that are of no use under the guise of offering "advice". I was also told that one of my prescriptions was not original but a photocopy, refusing to process it. I didn't want to report the episode to my doctor to avoid creating problems of a different nature for them which would inevitably have involved me too.

I found great professionalism and availability. In particular, much attention is given to the dialogue with the patient who can constantly feel at ease.

Excellent service for issuing a recovery certificate. Appointment for the swab respected without long queues. I particularly appreciated that the swab is carried out in a room where you stay until waiting for the result, guaranteeing safety and privacy. Greenpass obtained immediately while recovery certificate obtained after a day and a half. If it wasn't for them I would still be at home waiting for the ASL.
