I have always felt good at this pharmacy. First of all, they are well-stocked and also have a large section dedicated to veterinary drugs. In terms of cosmetics they have always given me very good advice and for urgent medicines they have often been understanding and sensitive to the situation. I would also like to underline the kindness of the staff as well as their competence.
I had a terrible time at this pharmacy because of the staff. In a situation of serious difficulty they did not help me solve the problem. I will never go back there again.
4 and 10 am on 5/01/19....I called during a serious asthmatic crisis (and I could also hear it in my voice) asking them to be open after consulting the federfarma website and I also felt like they were making fun of me with the answer "obviously not, we're on shift." Anyone who doesn't want to work should be closed! You are to be reported!
I asked for tachipirina 1000 mg, they asked me for the prescription, which is strange and has never happened in other pharmacies, in fact another pharmacy gave it to me without any problems.
Very helpful, I always had a good time.
