I feel comfortable in this pharmacy, they are fast and (so far) always kind.
I went to give the swab for the green pass. Truly very organised, punctual and of a unique kindness. The pharmacist who swabbed me, while doing so, asked me if everything was okay and was very delicate. I really appreciated it a lot. My compliments
Today I went to this pharmacy for the first time A disaster, no distancing, packed pharmacy, swab payment queue, therefore probable POSITIVES ALL IN A LINE Stuck in front of the swab room with the door open. Sorry if the place isn't suitable, either you take them out with the relevant structure or you can't do them! Then those booked have to wait in front of the door for swabs with all the people..... people wearing masks with their noses hanging out, masks of all kinds... are they approved? No one behind the counter said or did anything... and people kept coming in, sorry but are we in the middle of a pandemic or not? Profit, profit, profit... NEVER AGAIN IN THIS PHARMACY!
Unfortunately I had a swab booked in this pharmacy NEVER AGAIN !!! Several COVID VIRUS outbreaks certainly develop from this pharmacy, the local health authority should intervene immediately! You book online for the swab and they make you queue..... Incompetents! Pharmacy full to the brim... non-existent distancing, they let people in with NON-certified (cloth) masks. SO IF YOU ARE NEGATIVE IN A FEW DAYS, through your fault, YOU RISK OF BEING POSITIVE At this point, DELETE THE TAMPON RESERVATION SITE! And don't even do swabs BUT SHUT UP IT'S BETTER! Leave it to the professionals. NEVER FROM PALERI AGAIN, ONLY MERCURIAL FOR YOUR WHOLE LIFE!!!!

Even in this period of strong pressure due to Covid, the service, despite the difficulties and sometimes the lack of patience and collaboration on the part of the customers, always remains at a high level.
