First time I enter this pharmacy, I found the (young) pharmacist incredibly rude and arrogant. He even wanted to know more than my dermatologist (head of the IDI) who prescribed the treatment. Everyone should do their own thing but apparently this is not always the case.

The older pharmacist is embarrassingly presumptuous and with his sermons he creates huge queues. Now when I see him behind the counter I don't go in and move on to the next shift or I go to the one on Ponte di Nona Vecchia. Unfortunately, as per your kind reply, the pharmacist in question is not queuing up to give advice but to make sterile controversies trying to make useless sales drifts, raising the tone and I certainly don't want to come to the pharmacy to argue. Nothing to say about everyone else, always courteous, polite, friendly and competent. I have been using your pharmacy for 15 years and I have never had any problems but for some time now when I find him I honestly get nervous before entering even if to purchase a simple over-the-counter item. It requires competence but also tact and humility, 2 things that are evidently not part of his character.
