Lately I have often had the opportunity to go to this pharmacy and I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, which is very rare nowadays.

New, clean, well-stocked environment, with attention to the smallest details, made up of competent, precise and attentive staff to the customer's needs. Pharmacy equipped with a galenic laboratory, with supplements of its own production created according to the specific needs of the customer. Well-stocked cosmetics department, also full of natural and organic products. In this sense, days with the cosmetic consultant are organised, to better raise awareness and inform the customer. There is also the possibility of carrying out hearing tests. In short, not a simple pharmacy, but an environment in which the person is treated in the best possible way and has the opportunity to understand and receive what he needs.

Very bad experience. I hate reviews but today they made my rounds. The pharmacy refuses a professional podiatrist's prescription for a prepared foot gel, asking me to get a medical prescription (the podiatrist is not a doctor). I go to the doctor and get a prescription. I showed up at the pharmacy and they even refused the medical prescription because the weights of the components of the preparation were not indicated. The pharmacists at the counter are friendly and kind, the guy who deals with the preparations is incomprehensible, a little too square since he had the weights, so much so that they were given to me asking me to go back to my doctor to redo the prescription by inserting the weights. Wasted hours and km of driving for nothing. Not even if it was the only pharmacy within a 100km radius.

I am a long-time customer of the pharmacy. I have always received courtesy, attention, advice that has always helped me solve my problems. Today I showed up with a printed prescription sent to me via email by my doctor who has an office in Fontanafredda given the problem we are all experiencing in this period due to Covid-19. The doctor refused to give me the medicines because the prescription was not original and she couldn't have signed it! I believe that this behavior is absolutely contrary to the professional ethics of a pharmacist and is also a lack of respect towards all those who need to purchase medicines with a medical prescription.
