I went to this pharmacy this morning, after I had spoken to the doctor and she told me I could come from 8.30 to 13.00 to have an electrocardiogram at a cost of 20 euros.... Result I didn't do anything because a lady who was "working" didn't like it....she told me that we needed an appointment even though the doctor had told me the opposite, after I insisted and they realized they had made a mistake they told me that if I waited they would do it for me but at a cost of 70 euros..... The average cost of this test in the pharmacy is 28 euros, I left telling them that they are RUDE AND THIEVES!!!! The gentleman at the checkout, unlike the lady, was polite and kind..... To never again!!!!

It's an excellent pharmacy, you can find everything and if a product is missing it is ordered from the pharmacy by customer, they do everything to look for it in the various warehouses and depots, if they don't find it it's because they no longer make it or it has been replaced by another, doctors and staff are friendly and familiar and always available!

The blonde lady shouted shut up at one of her employees... when she noticed my disapproving look... she recovered herself by saying that she was shouting and didn't hear me... a complete lie.... it's not about so those who work... especially in front of customers...

Pharmacy with qualified staff, always kind and ready to satisfy every need, advice that is never banal and without any interest as often happens in other pharmacies. Valid and rapid drug booking service, many gift ideas at reasonable prices.....in short, I highly recommend it!!!

I've read some truly out of this world negative reviews. I have been frequenting the Riccardi Pharmacy for some time. The Doctor is always kind and available, the aesthetic advice may or may not be accepted, they are however given by a person with a degree in Pharmacy and therefore with in-depth knowledge undoubtedly better than any other improvised person.... .. As far as the Beauty Center is concerned, I make use of the competence and professionalism of Francesca who is truly good, precise and punctual. For some time now I have been unable to do without her massages and more. Thank you. Keep it up.
