Personnel is very kind and the place has been always open when I needed it.
The pharmacists were nice and helpful, spoke English well and that was very appreciated
I have never been treated so well in a pharmacy, I went this morning having suffered a burn on my ankle, and I was immediately welcomed with great kindness and competence. In particular I would like to say a few words for Doctor Cecilia who meticulously explained to me how to carry out the correct dressing for my wound. With an uncommon humanity.
Terrible service! For months I have been ordering ciclosporin for my cat through my vet. In one case they lost the prescription and I was without medicine for a long time; then they sent me the receipt without the tax code for the deduction but, above all, with each supply there are syringes that cannot be used because the preparation is too liquid, or thickens too much, making it unusable in both cases! Having pointed out this last aspect, I am told that, given the type of medicine, they cannot do otherwise!!!! So I pay 55 euros a month regardless of whether the medicine is usable or not! Total madness!!! Highly not recommended!!!
