The worst service I have ever experienced. I make an urgent order and they completely ignore me. I've waited for over a month now, have sent 6 emails, contacted them on whatsapp, called multiple times and absolutely nothing happens.

Total disservice, after the change of management I have only had bad experiences, not that before they were more reachable, in addition to having raised the price they do not respond and do not take responsibility for the disservice they offer, fortunately I found a super available pharmacy closer that offers the same service, in less time and at 1 quarter of the price, thus confirming that the excuse "we are aligning the prices with the European price list" was just a big bullshit.

Service has become really bad. 15 days ago I brought a recipe for galenic preparations which were usually ready within a few days, but to date I still don't know anything. If you call they don't answer or if they answer they say that the pharmacy has nothing to do with the laboratory and therefore I have to call back. Absurd! I will go to another pharmacy. Too bad the recipe has now expired.

Update: The issue was resolved - response times were still way to long so I am giving only I don't know what has changed with this branch. Do they have a new direction? All I know is that their customer service via email or phone has recently become a disaster. The messages go unanswered for weeks on end, even though they are aware that the supplies are urgently needed. This week I will make my last attempt to establish a professional relationship with this brand. If I am not successful, I will inform my doctor not to refer any more patients to this branch.
