I turned to them to book a child neuropsychiatry visit (child aged 3). Language problems are reported on the diagnostic question (see attached photo). They sent me to the main hospital where they told me they had to send me to the health center and they wrote incorrect reservation in red on the medical request. (See photo) I called the URP of the Parma cup and they clearly explained to me that every time you book a child neuropsychiatry visit the system immediately gives you a warning screen. This screen says that if the diagnostic question deals with neurological problems to continue and that an appointment will be made at the hospital, if instead it talks about behavioral problems to send the patient to the health center. Before going to them I went to a second pharmacy which confirmed that the procedure is the one mentioned above explained by the URP. Once I went to them, the owner told me to lodge a complaint which was my right, adding that they did everything wrong in the hospital. This happened while he was grinning at her under his mask. The pharmacist who made the reservation told me: “impossible! I can't force the system! But did you come here just to tell me that you want to report?” If the URP of the Parma cup, the medical staff of the hospital and a second pharmacist told me the same thing, that it was the pharmacist's mistake but the answer I got from you is this and there is not a minimum of sorry to a three year old then the answer is yes. To err is human. But if the mistake is taking a three-year-old child in and out of healthcare facilities unnecessarily resulting in a longer time for the appropriate visit and you don't even know how to apologize, then the situation changes. Conclusion? It doesn't matter that I missed a day of work and my wife took three hours off. We are oil tycoons. There is a three year old child who will have to wait further for a visit with all the biblical expectations that exist in Italy.
Very kind and above all very knowledgeable staff. The owner is fantastic!
Available, attentive to customer needs, especially when the competition tends to neglect some requests
VERY GOOD KIND PROFESSIONALS
