It is not clear how it was possible to follow up and punish with a fine in VIA UGO FOSCOLO at number 31 (where there is no obstacle to the nearby driveway and there is no other type of obstacle), a man, partially disabled, who for a very short time left his car in the street in question albeit in a point not delimited by special parking lines. At this point, despite the car being almost close to a driveway but in a very large space (and for a temporary and short stop) IT DID NOT CREATE ANY OBSTACLE OR ANNOYANCE TO ANYONE. One wonders how any person in the area could have warned someone (outside the CITY) who then notified the traffic police. And one of these rushed to raise the fine, even though that day (it was a Saturday morning) the Headquarters and the internal offices were closed. ——————————————————— NEXT UPDATE On subsequent and other occasions, passing through the area in question, IT HAS BEEN NOTICED THAT USUALLY THE PLACE NOT DELIMITED BY PARKING STRIPS (in via UGO FOSCOLO n. 31) IT APPEARS TO BE VERY USED BY ANY PRIVATE VEHICLE AND IT APPEARS THAT NO INFRINGEMENTS HAVE BEEN RAISED (WHICH MAKES YOU THINK THAT THERE IS NO CONTROL IN THE AREA). ONLY ON THE OCCASION OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED EPISODE DID SOMEONE SPECIFICALLY TAKE THEMSELVES TO HAVE A TRAFFIC OFFICER OR A VEHICLE HOUR TO RAISE A FINE WITHOUT ALL OF THIS COULD NOT HAVE BEEN LEGITIMATE. ———————————————————- It was verified (on several days later) sivi) that brazenly ... luxury and large displacement cars (SUVs) parked undisturbed in the place where the fine had been illegitimately raised several weeks earlier. And it was also possible to note that at other times of the day, no fines were issued for parking in the aforementioned space. And so it was in the following days and weeks.
