Extremely rude staff And with obvious disadvantages based on the customer (I suspect that a non-Italian surname and nationality particularly annoy pharmacists) I also add biblical waiting times for a simple order of a drug (In other pharmacies in the area maximum waiting time of 2 days) they even allow themselves to contradict the information reported in the medical prescription presented by me, explaining their inability to get me 2 boxes of medicine at the request of the GP When last month the same pharmacists ordered 2 boxes from me... I think I have found the only pharmacy in Vicenza where the customer (who evidently reports both physical and non-physical ailments if he enters the pharmacy) It is literally treated like a number I do not recommend anyone to buy in this pharmacy Fortunately, within a radius of a hundred meters you can find pharmacies that will certainly satisfy my and your requests with more professionalism and attention.
I entered with my dog on a short leash respecting distances. With considerable rudeness I was told to pick her up. I said goodbye and left, beyond the back pain I have, the rudeness of the invitation made me lose a good sale and future ones
Extremely rude. I had a lot of medications to collect and for some reason I needed another bag. The lady (I don't know if she's a pharmacist) annoyed me and asks me why and that I can find someone at home. I told her I was paying for it but she gave me the bag and off I went...

The staff are extremely rude. I didn't have a good time at all, I won't set foot there again. Not recommended
