On the morning of Wednesday 27 March, I ordered three drugs by telephone, specifying exactly the contents of the medical prescriptions in my possession. I was called back shortly after because my interlocutor had forgotten whether I wanted a pack of 10 or 30 tablets for a particular drug. I repeat: the one from 30. On Friday 29th morning, mindful of past negative experiences, I call to make sure that what I had asked for was ready for collection. Everything is ready, you can come whenever you want, I get an answer. Friday evening, in the pharmacy, I find the pack of 10 instead of the one of 30, and another of the three drugs is not available, you have to order it. Episodes like this are nothing new. To say that they work with their feet would be to pay them a compliment. Indecent. Goodbye.

Courtesy and kindness, well-stocked pharmacy, the only flaw for which I didn't give 5 stars is that on Saturdays the pharmacy is closed all day, at least opening half a day would be an additional service given that it's the only one nearby.
