SHAME!!!!! Today being Sunday and this being the pharmacy on duty (the only one) open in Bisceglie I went there to take a swab for COVID 19 as I needed it to return to the rehabilitation facility where I am hospitalized and, guess what???? The sales assistant told me WE DON'T DO swabs!!!! To my completely legitimate complaints since you can't be a pharmacy on duty, the only one, I repeat, in a town of 55,000 inhabitants , and not offer ALL THE ESSENTIAL SERVICES, I was told with arrogance and rudeness that I could go to Molfetta or Trani to do the swab!!!! SHAMEFUL!!!! Obviously you can't waste time doing swabs if you they have to sell very expensive cosmetics and supplements to the chickens on duty!!!!
I booked and had a rapid COVID test here before a flight abroad. To my great surprise it was a FALSE POSITIVE (I had to do an emergency molecular test because my flight was in the afternoon and it came back negative). €15 for the rapid and €60 for the molecular which I would have gladly saved. It can happen, but it's very rare and I wonder what went wrong...
