After purchasing a set of masks for 5 euros, in the vending machine of this pharmacy, by entering the amount of 10 euros, I find myself with the first unpleasant surprise of the first vending machine I have seen that does not give at least 6 euros as maximum change, as consequently I waited for the receipt with which I could get my change back inside the pharmacy. After some time due to work and commitments, I finally managed to return to collect the rest. And this is where the second and unpleasant surprise dictated by the doctor comes. Apparently I wasn't very careful to get the right receipt from the distributor and that the only receipt given to me by the latter couldn't count as actual change, I thank those who weren't even able to tell me how much the distributor's maximum change was despite working there. I didn't make much fuss because it was 5 euros anyway, but what if I had only had a 20 banknote? Improve your services, and inform yourself so you can be more explanatory, without assuming that it was a human error and not your distributor's.

The Pharmacy is by law a medical health facility. This means that the priority must be to treat and not to sell (the Ministry of Health says so: it is the place where healthcare services or activities are carried out). Otherwise it would be a parapharmacy whose priority is to sell. I asked to prepare a recipe prescribed by a dermatologist (mix a tube of Fucicort cream, a tube of Elocon cream, 4 g of salicylic acid) today which is Sunday. They replied "today it's not possible, we are only 3 people in the shop and we are busy with customers. He has to come tomorrow which is Monday." As if I were not a customer like the others but a burden to bear. An annoyance that slows down the assembly line of customers who bring money to the pharmacy and don't have to wait too long otherwise they change pharmacy and goodbye business. They seem more interested in making money than in creating empathy with the customer's needs. Very sad. I would like to understand if this case should be reported to the pharmacists' association for alleged violation of the code of ethics. I called because I have difficulty traveling, and I did well, because if I had gone in person I would have waited in line only to be told that I could not be served, because the time needed to serve me was not compensated by the money I would have paid to the pharmacy for the service. Of course the cream isn't a lifesaver, but if I have a strong itch and can't scratch it, I can't sleep at night, spending hours of hell. When it comes to lack of empathy.
