I have been a regular customer of this pharmacy for about 4 years (once a week for important needs) but from today I will no longer go!!! I was denied a therapy (of which the pharmacists are perfectly aware) because my son (of age) went without a white prescription (I have been purchasing the same drug from them for about four years without presenting the white prescription every time.... ..). I explained by telephone my absolute inability to go personally but, due to a stance (objectively I don't think out of spite), I was denied the possibility of treatment......!!! HEAVY CONGRATULATIONS FOR YOUR SENSITIVITY AND GOOD HEALTH TO YOU.....otherwise you would have understood the situation......ADIOS 👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼
I'll make a premise: above all, one of the doctors is very kind and sweet. I happened to come in more than once to take over-the-counter medicines and supplements, and they had to be ordered. There are pharmacies less well-stocked than this one, in truth, but others more well-stocked (especially in the sector concerning oral hygiene) and, above all, with significantly lower prices. Both on the Internet and in other pharmacies, the same toothpaste, for example, costs more than two euros less, not to mention the difference compared to online pharmacies, but no comparisons can be made in this case.
I paid 9 euros for a covid swab, elsewhere, the exact same 3 euros. A THEFT I would say!!!!
Friendly and helpful staff. Even if the necessary medications are not always available, it is possible to order them and have them delivered throughout the day.
Rude staff better go elsewhere
