I’ve bought a couple of things and came 5 mins later with the things unopened and the receipt and they didn’t want to give me the money back. They said that they couldn’t do it for tax reasons and that in Italy the law was like that. When I suggested to call the police to see if the law was really like that, they gave me the money back, they insulted me and “sent me to the devil” among other insults and kicked me out of the shop. I can’t believe there’s a pharmacy with these illegal and inappropriate practices. A shame to all pharmacies and a shame to the country
