Really great service. Very respectful and kind.
Best Pharmacy great service
Competent, kind and correct staff, starting with the owner, Dr. Penso. Cozy environment. Room with privacy assisted by the pharmacist doctor. For example, cardiogram with response within 20 minutes processed at an external cardiology center connected electronically. Dr. Penso and Dr. Francesco are always very available for any opinion. Mrs. Lucia was very kind also with the CUP service.
It's not big but it's cozy. Owner Francesco with exquisite kindness and helpfulness, almost from another era. Ditto the lady who works there. It is certainly the best pharmacy between Colle di San Giusto and San Vito. It has now become my favorite pharmacy in all of Trieste, and not just because it is close to where I live. Congratulations, you sure know how to treat and retain customers.
It has become my trusted pharmacy in the neighborhood. The staff is very helpful, professional, kind and warmly serves the customer. At the CUP (whose opening hours are excellent) they have always given me excellent specific advice on individual doctors and individual visits, showing me the lowest costs present as well as the names of private doctors or structures that charge lower costs than with the health insurance. And every now and then we chat about this and that. Recommended!
