Given that it is the only pharmacy in the country that makes swabs (the other one ran out!). I had to take a control swab after 14 days of isolation. Reservation for 8.30, due to a problem I arrived 20 minutes late and the welcome was "we'll do the swabs until 8.30 in the morning, we've sanitized by now". I tried to explain that I had had a problem and that if they hadn't done it for me I would have had to wait until Monday, so two days and the response was "but we have already sanitized, we won't do any more for today". What a shame. I understand that the delay is annoying, even if due to a real unexpected event, but a minimum of flexibility and humanity. Concluding the swab service (the only one currently functioning in the town) at 8.30pm in the morning in a period of Covid boom and refusing it to a person who has been imprisoned for 14 days is really not acceptable.
But is it possible that every time I go there I never find anything? They always have to order the medicines at the moment and then have them arrive in the afternoon or even the next morning......
