I went into this pharmacy this morning, asking for a specific product, they told me that it was only possible to purchase it upon order, I point out that I have to leave that same evening, and they reply that if I order it it would arrive the same day at 4pm. I come back at 4pm (which is the time they told me), and they tell me that the product isn't there and that it SHOULD arrive at 5.30pm. They tell me that I CANNOT EXPECT THE COURIER TO ARRIVE AT 4PM. Situation handled very badly with the consumer, who simply should have been warned correctly. In the end they gave me my money back, but I had to argue with the lady who wanted to be right at all costs.
Kind but could be more kind. Well stocked
