I found immense availability and courtesy. Furthermore, not having the product available, it was possible to order it and receive it on the same day.
I would have liked to give all 5 stars but today I witnessed an argument between a customer and the two pharmacists on duty. The customer pointed out that she had to wait 10 minutes to collect a drug that had already been paid for and was silenced excessively in my opinion by one of the two. I still remember the rather unpleasant tone used. Not very professional and helpful. The customer reacted as I would have reacted, pointing out that they were both not very flexible and dynamic in resolving the situation... however in the end the pharmacist shouted at her that she no longer wanted to see her in the pharmacy, as if she were the owner, really bad and embarrassing scene.
I remained waiting to be served for a quarter of an hour while the 3 pharmacists chatted with a customer about this and that, and even though they saw that I was waiting for my turn they pretended nothing had happened! I had to leave because there was no way to be served.. However, bars and aperitifs exist for these things! Really unprofessional
