Friendly staff, polite and know how to do their job well

I entered this pharmacy politely asking for 4 insulin syringes to divide the antibiotic that I have to administer daily to my chameleon, my vet advised me to divide the medicine into 4 syringes and I was trying to explain it to the pharmacist, all the time he behaved in a rude, suspicious manner (as if I were a drug addict) also warning me that the syringes were EXPIRED, and fortunately at least he didn't make me pay for them in fact then I threw them away and took them from another pharmacy. I was simply embarrassed by this cold and suspicious attitude.

I will never set foot in this pharmacy again, which seems more like a perfumery! I arrive there to collect a medicine ordered the day before. I find the pharmacist who is intent on making a lady and her husband smell the perfumes. The owner talks about this and that with a representative, a third person under the window arranging the products and me there waiting as if I were invisible. Another lady comes in, waits behind me. After two minutes another one. None of the pharmacists feel the need to hurry and the customers are far too kind, so no one has the courage to make them move a bit. I underline that all the perfumes, priced at €5 each, are all clearly visible and displayed complete with testers. So one can try, spray and smell them on their own without the assistance of a pharmacist. This is called “Want to work jump on me”, shame on you!
