It's never nice to write a negative review, but I think it's necessary to report what happened 2 days ago. I go to the pharmacy to buy some energy bars (even if I could buy them online and save money) around 6pm, I wait outside to respect the anti-covid regulations (max 3 people inside), when it's my turn I go in with the mask. I say hello and immediately go towards the display of sports products (bars, salts, etc.). I notice some energy gels that I had never seen, I take one in my hand, read the package and put it down immediately, then I take a jar of mineral salts and ask a (very kind) sales assistant for information on how to use them. At this point, out of nowhere, without any motivation, another sales assistant, I think the owner, begins to accuse me in front of everyone (there were 2 other people inside) of having pocketed something, some energy gels. I try to stay calm, and I reply in the friendliest tone possible: "Look, I haven't taken anything at all, I have nothing in my pockets"; in response, the lady raises her voice, accuses me of having pocketed "something that isn't mine" and asks me, in front of everyone, to "empty my pockets" and return the gels that, according to her, I had hidden. At this point I lose patience, and turn my pockets over in front of everyone, making it clear that I hadn't stolen anything. Having done this, the lady doesn't even apologize, she only manages to mutter something like: "maybe I saw wrong, I was wrong". In disbelief, I leave in a hurry without buying anything. I don't know what happened, what the lady saw and what pushed her to act in such a reckless and rude way, perhaps she had already suffered thefts, I don't know, perhaps she saw a boy with long hair, dressed as work who looked at energy gels and thought of who knows what. In any case, before publicly accusing a person of theft and ordering them to empty their pockets, one should be absolutely sure of what one PRESUMES to have seen, otherwise one risks making a bad impression in front of customers, and paying the consequences (if I called the carabinieri, with 2 witnesses in my favor, how did it end?) Not much to say, terrible experience, something like this has never happened, a person's professionalism can also be seen from these things, there is a way and way to approach and manage situations. Absolutely not recommended.

Pharmacy at "village" level and very nice overall. But not because of its simplicity does it appear incompetent, on the contrary the medical staff is very competent and above all friendly and kind. Always ready for any advice. Very well stocked and if by chance some medicine is missing, it is available the next day! Thanks girls!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. It should be noted that compared to other pharmacies they sometimes have less availability on less common medicines and the supply times for these are quite long (over a week); but it depends on what you need
