5 stars?! It definitely deserves more! Pharmacy with large spaces and well stocked. Very friendly and helpful staff trying to meet the customer's needs. Dr. Nicoli's friendliness, as they say, is worth "the price of the ticket" alone (I can understand that a person is not looking for sympathy, but for competence in a pharmacy, but personally a pinch of sympathy doesn't hurt, rather having dealing with a cold and arrogant person, also considering that if a person goes to a place like this it is certainly not for a "pleasure trip").

Today I went to the pharmacy to carry out a quick swab which only has the name, the guy who carried out the test was very arrogant and haughty, with rude manners and inappropriate answers. Definitely never here again. In response: Dr Nicoli I would like to point out that the pharmacy does not accept telephone reservations so a week ago I went in anyway to book and pay! but probably to pay I wasn't infected! I pointed this out to the doctor who took the booking but the response was a friendly laugh. I had been out for 5 minutes on the clock that day, there is no bell outside and I didn't see anyone, since I had gone in a week before anyway... and I was fine, I went in. I would like to point out that any person who enters the pharmacy can potentially be infected! her too...unless she takes swabs every 48 hours, then what she writes doesn't make sense. For the quick... I'm not referring to the timing of the result, forgive me, but to the way in which the test was carried out and the words that were said to me in the meantime were not at all polite but decidedly arrogant and decidedly out of place.
