Farmacia Pescetto del Dottor Francesco Sean Pescetto

I was staying at Savoy Hotel and was living on Saturday 02 Sep 23 when I went to this pharmacy to get a Paket of handkerchief. The person who gave me the Paket was very outrageous and mean. He did. not want to understand one single word of English and wouldn’t try to understand my mimic. He took one pack from his cashier deck and I asked the price. He told me, again in a very impolite way - as I would disturb him - the price, but since it was in Italian, I did not understand immediately. He turned his head to make me understand, that he doesn’t want to serve me. My husband joined me and realized the situation, which for our impression was pure racism. We asked for the manager. It was not possible to talk to him. So we asked the name of the impolite employee, but he refused to tell us and he turned around when trying to read his name tag. So, I ask myself what the problem was with my request? Racism!!?!! This happened at 0900 am on Saturday, 2nd of September 2023. Since we still cannot reach management, we try this way to get it sorted out with the strange behavior of this employee. We are often in Genoa, would be important to get it solved.

Always open, very efficient. But Some personnel (very few) are not nice and a bit discriminate making customers discomfort. I bought some medicines with prescription from doctor but the lady there asked me something that I don't know, instead of explaining or show me the difference, she made a face. What an unprofessional! Not to mention she didn't make a copy of my prescription to return me (which is normal practice every where else) but vanished very fast

Excellent pharmacy - staff were helpful and courteous (even having to deal with my somewhat limited Italian linguistic abilities!) Very efficient service - I was in and out with what I needed in less than five minutes. Extremely handy that it's open 24/7 too!

Very nice pharmacy! Very friendly and helpful staff, even though I don’t speak Italian. I got an antigen covid test in about 15 minutes. Thank you very much!

If 0 existed I would marked it. There is an evil lady that didn't want to sell me migraine med saying I need prescription, when I said that in another city I got it without she made fun saying her colleagues that I most prob ably I don't know if city is in Italy since I am not Italian! I never met a nationalist... but there they are...
