When I stay in Ponte di Legno I always turn to this pharmacy in case of need. Very courteous and professional staff.

The pharmacist was very argumentative and rude only because I requested a banal product for cystitis (cost €25) and (consulting on Google) I saw that it cost exactly half the price; so I simply asked for another similar one, but less expensive, and in response I heard myself say: interesting to listen to Mr Google more than the pharmacist's advice! The point is that if I want to spend less, I have every right to do so, without being moralized in front of everyone by those who have profited from medicines for years.

I had an excellent experience in being able to interact with competent staff capable of managing the most disparate cases. Even in critical moments they demonstrate that they are passionate about their work and manage the situation in the best way

We were treated very badly by the pharmacist on duty. We arrived with a serious and urgent request and we were rudely dismissed without any justified reason. It's a shame to approach the job like this and treat customers with poor professionalism.
