Courteous, friendly and super competent.
I went in to buy some eye drops, I paid with a debit card and the shop assistant, after swiping the card, told me that the POS did not issue a receipt, after insisting I finally got my receipt. What struck me most was the fact that the sales assistant was not at all polite towards me, "muttering" at me as I left. After all, it was my right and his duty to issue the receipt. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
I go into the pharmacy urgently, there's no one in line. the pharmacist on duty is busy in futile conversations preparing for a "quick" swab. She doesn't reply to good morning and after an exaggerated wait I ask if I had to wait much longer, snorted complete with a gesture of irritation. I leave without medicine..... to avoid...
I order a medicine for the next day... and the next day it isn't there. They don't warn me and once there not even an apology, on the contrary they respond with arrogance to my polite observation of disservice. Never again.
