SHAMEFUL, I bought a throat spray on Saturday evening, opening the package I realized that the cannula to vaporize the product was missing, given that it was mid-Sunday I showed up on Monday explaining the problem. The pharmacist replies that it might have broken and not that it was missing, I still can't eat plastic. I advise against any purchase in this pharmacy to avoid having these problems.

Available, serious and kind. Excellent pharmacy, it's just a shame there is no air conditioning and when it's sultry hot queuing becomes a challenge!

Scandalous!! On March 19, 2023 at 3.18 am I went to the pharmacy for some urgent medicine for my 84-year-old mother and despite ringing multiple times I received no response. I am speechless!!

Starting from the assumption that I do not admire any pharmacy and/or pharmaceutical company as such I judge the professionalism of pharmacists and their availability. Maybe a little slow in service when a few people accumulate in line but nothing serious. Well-stocked pharmacy near the motorway entrance. It doesn't have parking so you often have to park in the 2nd row in a place that isn't completely quiet.

It sucks, I'm a veterinary student who unfortunately had to move to Teramo with a fever of 39 and the pharmacy closes at 1.30pm!!! Is it possible that on a Wednesday a pharmacy in the middle of a city closes at 1.30pm, really if someone feels as bad as they do, where do they go????!!! I don't have a car and with a fever of 39 I won't go around Teramo looking for a damn Tachipirina. Truly an absurd situation....
