Very bad service. I went there to ask for the medicine and was told i MUST KNOW THE EXACT NAME of the medicine. I AM NOT MEDICAL TRAINED so I wont know the name of it. NO ADVICE WAS GIVEN AND THE LADY JUST GAVE ME SOME LEMON POWDER AND SAID “I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT SO JUST TAKE THIS”. ZERO PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AT ALL. ADVOID AT ALL COST. Trying to charge me more than what was stated and when i asked why she throw the coins on MY FACE. Should have called police.
This is a racist pharmacy! We've went all the way to their place to buy a specific product that they only sell in Rome. And when we arrived there, everything was going well until they heard us talking english and they then didn't serve us. Worst pharmacy ever! It's a shame
I think this is the worst pharmacy I've ever seen in my whole life. The staff is really uneducated and unwilling to help. AVOID IT!
Good
The pharmacy is well stocked and always open but the night service especially when a slightly older person is on duty leaves something to be desired, kilometric queues do not provide medicines, I who am 100/100 disabled have had to go and come back three times I'm sorry but a pharmacy like this has never had these problems but now it does
