Staff always very helpful and kind
My wife took the swab, on the website it says that the result is available after 15 minutes but instead she was rudely told to come back the next day as the doctor had to close. Now we have to go to Castel d'Annone again, if we had known we would have chosen a closer location. Furthermore, you wait and get swabbed in the cold in a courtyard. Very negative experience, bad manners and no respect for what was said.
