NEVER AGAIN'. Really rude pharmacist, when I went in to collect a medicine I had ordered he immediately attacked me verbally for a misunderstanding he had had the day before with my partner, who had come by to order it. He vented all his frustrations on me and even though I tried to keep a calm tone he literally sent me to fuck myself. What can I say, he doesn't seem to have understood that his job involves contact with the customer, without a shred of humanity and not at all professional. Luckily, not far away is the Marzabotto pharmacy.
It feels like being in the Middle Ages. Rude and superficial staff. Venue closed during opening hours.
Little availability of products, pharmacists who were unpleasant both to me and to the previous customer (elderly as well) and on the phone and absurd prices (magnesium tablets for 20 euros?! But seriously?). Never again.
People, exquisitely prepared and very willing to give information and explanations, the pharmacy is furnished according to "man's" research (parapharmacy products can be found quickly), the opening of a pharmacy was necessary, congratulations!!!
Well-stocked pharmacy. Super available and very wide time slot. I highly recommend.
