I was looking for a drug that required a prescription, which I didn't have. The clerk refused to give it to me, which I can understand even though it got me into trouble. But what I cannot understand or accept is the attitude of absolute coldness and indifference towards my problem. There was not the slightest understanding for the situation I found myself in and I honestly believe this should not be done. Anyone who asks for a drug despite not having a prescription (I point out that it was Saturday and I had Sunday ahead of me, days when GPs don't work) is a person in difficulty, not a 'smart' person who wants to evade the rules for sport.

I bought two packs of anti-covid tests which I was charged €8.90 each. I then realized that the average market price does not exceed €3. Among other things, on the one I bought, the instructions provided are only in English, and this does not comply with what is required by European regulations

The staff are all very friendly. There are several people at the counter, which allows us to manage a significant flow of customers. The director is present, attentive and dynamic. When any problem arises they solve it immediately.
