I've been 17 yrs here in Italy..this pharmacy is the worst!!! Once I step inside you'll never feel that your welcome to buy something they're not friendly staff not smiling( you'll think they don't want to work or they never been paid off..) no recommendations for other idea..just like a robot they say yes & No...they should be replace at once it ruins the pharmacy..lack of professionalism..lack of degree..good luck 😑!!!!
I’m visiting Italy from Canada. I’m not sure if this is normal in Italy, but it was never explained to me how to take the medication. The man was curt, the medication was given to me quickly and then I was expected to leave. The employee knew I only spoke English so obviously I can’t read the packaging. I just found him to be so rude and unfriendly, like he was annoyed at me just for asking questions. My friend who visited this location last week said the exact same thing and said she wished she warned me to go somewhere else. Maybe Italians are just very unfriendly people to foreigners? :(
We had our covid tests done here so that we could travel. Test were handle efficiently and the experience was good.
Went urgently on a Sunday for a very painful cystitis. Two "little girls" behind the counter, fresh out of graduation, snooty and arrogant, didn't want to give me the antibiotic prescribed by my GP. I was forced to take the car with severe pain and go to the pharmacy in Viale Libia where instead I found empathetic pharmacists who immediately gave me the medicine I needed. Change personnel!
I give one star, only because it is generally well stocked. Note 4 of demerit, for the staff, in particular the young doctor, and above all a doctor, recently pregnant. Unprofessional, unmotivated, and, in my opinion, insufficiently prepared! it would be time to revisit them
