Shameful experience, they issued us a photocopy describing it as a "swab certificate" to speculate and collect another 3 euros on the already outdated price of 22 euros for a rapid antigenic swab. In short, these fixers on August 7th (when AIFA had already updated the price throughout Campania to 15 euros per swab) asked us for 50 euros for two swabs! They told us that it was 44 euros only on sight and not even because the operator rudely, while I was watching the reaction of the stick, took them away from me and took them behind the counter, and if we wanted the "certificate" she said they were three euros per head more therefore 50 euros after Federfarma the day before had communicated to all the pharmacies in the area and to the citizens of the whole of Campania that the price to pay would be 15 euros and not a cent more. Obviously with a "certificate" or a simple attestation of which I will attach a photo which absolutely does not need to be paid, anything other than 3 euros more! When I asked for explanations, another pharmacist waved the certificate in front of me, claiming that he didn't owe me any explanation since on the "certificate" there was the STAMP of the Campania region, the one I circled in red in the attached photo (a photocopy of the region's logo Campania). Judge for yourself. Profiting from poor people who are rightly concerned and this type of attitude must not be allowed to pass and must be reported to the competent bodies without any ifs or buts.

Well-stocked pharmacy, but be careful about prices, the price on the medicine does not always correspond to that shown on the receipt. Having realized the problem, a difference of more than 7.00 euros, I thought it was a typo, since this was the third time it had happened, as a matter of principle I traveled almost 8 kilometers to ask for explanations from the employee who told me had served, he remained silent and a woman answered me, telling me that the law says that they are not obliged to vary the prices of the medicine, I asked again, why don't you warn me about these variations, I thought it was a typo on your part and she said, I didn't serve it, with the employee present and in silence, then added, pointing to the employee, give him the difference back, which I refused, given the rude tone. To the pharmacist and the employees, I want to say, even if the law does not oblige you to change the prices on the boxes, YOU HOWEVER HAVE THE HOLY OBLIGATION TO TELL THE CUSTOMERS OF THE PRICE CHANGE, SO YOU LET THE CUSTOMER DECIDE WHETHER TO BUY OR NOT. Out of curiosity I then turned to another pharmacy to see how much they spend, well from the extra 7.00 euros I paid, I saved another 5.00, so I would have paid around 12.00 euros less. What can I say, mediocre people who don't look at anyone, in any case I won't go back there again because for what I spent in addition I had to pay twice for parking.
