I had a very unpleasant episode with the pharmacist. I asked him for a drug and after waiting an interminable time he returned without the product he "still" had to look for. Being an invalid and not being able to stand for long, I left. The pharmacist's times are always long, but this time!! Instead, I would like to thank the pharmacists who are always punctual, fast and available.

Negative experience this morning: I show up to use the CUP service. 4 open tills all serving (including me) and 2 people behind me in line. I was told by the young pharmacist in a very annoyed way that the service wasn't available because there were too many people in line and therefore I had to come back when no one was there... I didn't go to order a pizza or 2 ounces of ham ,but an urgent visit. I have been in the public sector for more than 20 years and I know when the conditions are not there to satisfy a user's need, but this was not the case. And in any case diplomacy and courtesy also exist. Dislike and worry should be left at home in the morning if we want to work in contact with the public who ask for help in solving a health problem.

Terrible experience with haughty, rude and inefficient staff. I asked for 2 boxes of antibiotics (Zinnat) and the pharmacist (Linda, if I remember correctly) gave me only one box with the reservation of the second one which would arrive the next day, this being 06/24/2019. This morning 06/26/2019 I went back to get the box as agreed and surprisingly, not only was the medicine not there but the pharmacist on duty couldn't even find the original prescription. Then from the computer he saw that Zinnat not only is not present in the pharmacy but is not even delivered by the pharmaceutical company. Then the original recipe was no longer valid anyway and so I would have had to make another one through THEIR FAULT, as if people had time to waste. At that point I had to take another equivalent antibiotic and end the matter there. However, the pharmacist of 06/24/2019 Linda (or a similar name) demonstrated very little professionalism and attention to the customer especially when dealing with drugs and not a pair of shoes. Furthermore, the pharmacy is a crematorium and to remind the pharmacist who I am, when I needed it she said it would be better if she came to work in a bathing suit (swimsuit I presume). Evidently at that precise moment the young lady in question was at the seaside and not at work!! If this is professionalism, take a nice holiday instead of wasting sick people's time.

It is not true that you can take a swab without a reservation. Plus they have a longer wait than any other pharmacy
