This morning I went with my husband to get the flu shot (for a fee). At first the lady brought 2 boxes of influvac. I told her that we wanted to do the vaxigrip (the vaccine we have been doing for years). She insisted that they were the same thing, but I confirmed that we would do the vaxigrip. She came back with 2 syringes…without the boxes!!! After she gave both me and my husband the vaccine, I asked her to bring me the boxes because I always keep them. He told me he had just thrown them away and they were no longer recoverable!!! How is it possible? What should I think? It's the first time this has happened to me after dozens of vaccinations. Obviously they lost a customer who used to always go there.
Let me start by saying that I never do reviews, and if so I'm just positive. Is the first time I'm giving 1 star and honestly if I could I would put even less. Greeted by a lady of one rudeness that made me shiver: in queue waiting for my turn, this one (not realizing there were people in front of him me) looks at me impatiently urging me flapping his hands he wasn't even calling his dog.
Because it's not possible to put less than 0 as a rating otherwise I would. I have never seen such rude people!!!! Who treat customers like they were plague victims!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!
I call to find out if they have a drug, a gentleman who knows nothing answers and gives me "the doctor", to whom I ask for two legitimate pieces of information on interactions and side effects of a drug. She is already getting impatient, then articulates a response in Italian that says it all: "a lot of people take it and no one has ever died". At which point I hang up and call elsewhere
All the staff including the owner were friendly and helpful. You don't always have the opportunity to ask for information regarding medicines, but there are worse things to do.
