Well-stocked pharmacy, the doctor (I believe also the owner of the pharmacy) absolutely competent, kind and caring. I was looking for a sugar free cough syrup for my dad and she went out of her way to help me. You can see that you like your job and you are in your environment with the public. YOU WERE NOT MADE TO LIVE LIKE BRUTES... My goodness, my goodness!! And to say that they are people who have studied and who in theory follow "virtue and knowledge." They have such a unique rudeness that it takes a school to teach it so intensely, who knows where they learned. Regarding swabs, they don't even know if they do them or not. At a certain time you call and they tell you that they do them by appointment even for people who have Covid symptoms. You call them back at a different time and someone else even more rudely replies that they don't do them, that a circular came out (maybe 10 minutes earlier) that forbids it. That only analysis laboratories can do the swab for symptomatic patients. I called another pharmacy (in Via Roma) and they responded immediately in a polite and kind manner, explaining when, how and where they perform swabs even on people with symptoms. LEARN FROM THEM!!

I went to this pharmacy for a problem and the pharmacist gave me the equivalent without giving me the choice of choosing between the original and that one. I find it incorrect behavior. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

Pharmacist full of himself. Rudeness and lack of privacy. It is useless to put signs on the ground to respect privacy, if the first ones to not respect it are those who work there, speaking loudly and making themselves heard by all the people present. It is useless to put the device at the entrance to take the number to queue, if then you need random people. Disappointed
