Today I entered this pharmacy for the first time to get a cocoa butter and a cream, both with lanolin, for a person with specific needs. The lanolin cream wasn't there, nor the cocoa butter of the brand I was looking for, because the pharmacy only sells one brand of cocoa butter. Odd choice, but that's what I was told. After checking with the pharmacist that the lip product contained the fateful lanolin, I purchased 2 pieces. Once I got home, analyzing the INCI, I realized that there was no trace of the aforementioned lanolin inside the product. So I ordered the PL3 and the cream I was looking for on the internet 🤦‍♀️ I'm sorry it went like this, never mind. On the other hand, the most recent reviews below confirm the poor quality of the service reserved for customers in this commercial establishment which, due to the nature of the target to which it is addressed and the claim based on the "advice" written on all the walls is within that outside the pharmacy, it should care about people and provide useful advice and products, not spread scams.
