Absolutely not recommended, absurd prices. I go here to buy the equivalent of Zirtec (generally sold 20 tablets for €3.60). I am then sold Cetirizina Sandoz at the price of €5.90. While I'm in a hurry I don't notice the number of tablets, but analyzing later I see that there are only 7 tablets. It turns out that: • Original Zirtec: 20 tablets, €8. • "Classic" Teva equivalent: 20 tablets, €3.60. • Equivalent sold here: 7 tablets, €5.90. After being amazed at such a high price for an equivalent drug, I search for information on the internet to see if the price of this drug is actually that high. Here I note that, like any self-respecting equivalent, the price is around €3.60. So the pharmacy added such a price increase that, proportionately, I paid more than the equivalent of the original Zirtec (in San Lorenzo). This denotes a lack of professionalism and a fraudulent attitude towards customers. Note that Cetirizine Teva has the price printed on the box, while the drug sold by this pharmacy does not. Absolutely avoid.
according to the staff of this pharmacy, a chronic disease is such only in the region of residence; therefore, the exemption is not considered if the prescription was not made in Lazio
Many stars and good review only for the kind and courteous employees of the pharmacy owner. You will almost always find them so you can rest assured. The owners (father and daughter too rigid). Not always equipped with everything but the products arrive very quickly and in any case the courtesy of the collaborators reigns supreme 🤗🤗 they will find solutions to any of your problems. They also have collaboration with a psychologist for free consultations once a week but I don't remember the day.
Pharmacists with little professionalism. Before purchasing some ffp2s I asked if the purchase itself was deductible. I heard myself answering yes. Once I purchased the product and left the pharmacy, I found on the receipt that they were not deductible as an expense at all. Once the pharmacist came out, I pointed this out and was met with an evasive response. Not professionals but traders. For them it is enough to sell.
Well-stocked pharmacy, the staff is very welcoming, friendly and professional.
