Unprofessional and not very transparent staff (doctor with a foreign accent). When I went into the pharmacy for an exempt drug with a prescription, he didn't ask me if I wanted the generic and wanted to make me pay a premium for the original. Furthermore, the prices of over-the-counter drugs are higher than in other pharmacies.

Nothing to complain about courtesy (and God forbid), but paying €12 for a quick domestic swab, when on Amazon you can find exactly the pack of 10 from the same manufacturer for €14 seems excessive to me. It's true that the price was mentioned before, but a surcharge of 850% speaks for itself, especially for items that, when you need, you can't postpone purchasing. And they even charged 5 cents a sachet, without even asking if I wanted it.

Yesterday I paid €3.50 for an ffp2 mask in this pharmacy! Paid €1.50 today in another country! Damn!!! To speculate like this at such a time is shameful. Furthermore, yesterday the pharmacist didn't want to sell me even more than one. Even though I paid like gold!!!!!!! Absurd.

Unfortunately I have to disagree with the availability and professionalism of the (elderly) pharmacist who (did not) serve me. I had a request for a drug that I take daily, prescribed by the rheumatologist, but he dismissed me in a nanosecond by telling me to go to another pharmacy. To which I asked him if he could find out by calling the warehouse and telling me which pharmacy could have it, but he refused. Professionally deplorable, it doesn't just sell sweets and soaps, but it should be serving citizens!!

Very hasty and not very polite, they keep tourists away. I had finished the drug and I went here to buy it and I immediately realized that the prices are expensive. I paid 14.99 for Buscofen when in other pharmacies in the city I pay much less, by chance I went on a trip to a town near Cesana and it cost much less
