On June 6th I purchased some products but one cream was never delivered nor was I refunded. I ask for at least one clarification

First and last purchase at this "pharmacy". I purchased three products, one of which had some urgency. When the package arrived the following week, I discovered that that product had not been sent to me, but only the other two, without any communication. Senseless as it was still available on the site! I contact them and they say "sorry" without any explanation... are we serious?! How embarrassing...
