The few criticisms I have read are not very credible as I know the pharmacy staff well and I seriously doubt the education of those who complain

If I could I would leave 0, I would like to point out that the pharmacy was empty. I asked for the cns pin and the gentleman replied that if he wanted he could do it immediately, but if other customers came in he would have to put me aside, I turned and pointed out that the pharmacy was empty! But despite everything he didn't want to serve me straight away even though I was the only one there. Very annoyed I went to another pharmacy which was full of people and they released it to me straight away. So, dear Pisan pharmacy, I recommend reviewing the unprofessional staff with little desire to work. Never again

They sold my wife a face cream that was expiring, even though she had specified that she didn't want it expiring. When I brought it back to have it replaced they absolutely refused, threatening to call the police!!! The cream was lumpy and therefore annoying and grainy to the touch but the older "doctor" (?) was rude and rude!!! We called the consumer association... next time we'll call the police. Terrible!!! In response to the pharmacy's response and to the DEAR DOCTOR: What does the fact that the client is my wife and not me change? I write what my wife reports which is the truth, and it went to PRIMIS just like that! my wife is a foreigner, I write in Italian in the hope that you understand what I write, because it seems in SECUNDIS that you don't understand that when I write "expiring" it doesn't mean expired, but that it's about to expire! We didn't accuse anyone by saying that it had expired, but that you didn't change it for us! In fact in TERTIUM, the person who served my wife said that he didn't want to give her something that was about to expire, but in the end it was given anyway... My wife couldn't open the cream in the pharmacy that afternoon to test it, she was forbidden . She was able to open it later at home, in the evening, and noticed the defect. The following morning she even took her to another pharmacy and they told her that it was spoiled and that it is forbidden to give a facial cosmetic with granules! The fact that it has microgranules as you declare and there is nothing written on the package seems absurd and very strange to me! My wife would NEVER have bought it if she had known. Precisely for this reason it would have been courteous to make the return or replacement, the following morning, not after 24 hours, we went to you to have it replaced, as kindly happens in any other store since you were in the wrong... even on Amazon the return is made while returning the goods without defects. After my wife left the pharmacy for the attempted return, when I was about to go in to ask for explanations, the shutters immediately closed since it was rightly 1pm.... In ULTIMIS let's end it here. You made a bad impression, missed the opportunity to be courteous and satisfy a customer's requests...good continuation of your work.

Excellent availability, the owner is always attentive and "demanding" about the work of her team of kind and trained professionals. If they are closed on the weekend I wait for Monday.
