When I say I would like to take a look that maybe I'll take some cosmetic products....they stand there behind you staring at you....I felt uncomfortable...little spoiler..not all foreigners steal...but we like to have the space and decide independently to read the ingredients or evaluate what is suitable for me....if you stand there staring in the eye I won't buy anything...so to speak

Despite the kind staff and efficient service, I am sorry to note that even in this pharmacy they have started selling very expensive and totally ineffective "medical devices" to those asking for *drugs*. I specify that it didn't happen to me, because I fell for the same scam years ago and since then I always pay attention to the fact that the "drug without prescription" logo is on the box, but to a foreign friend, who is also in financial difficulty. It would be correct for the pharmacist to correctly and honestly explain the difference between the various products, so that one can decide, depending on one's financial resources, whether to take only the real medicine or even the very expensive "aids" based on wild flowers and randomly produced by the same chain of which the pharmacy is part. However, I will continue to buy in this pharmacy because the trust in the category is zero and I would probably suffer the same scam attempt elsewhere too.

I also confirm little attention to the customer. They always tend to foist their products on you. Pharmacists not all kind and welcoming especially at the entrance........

I will never go back to this pharmacy again despite the very kind and friendly staff! I spent another day in this pharmacy because I had the flu with the usual symptoms (stuffy nose, sore throat, general weakness, etc.) which I had explained to the pharmacist. And she, instead of giving me some medicine that would help me feel better, gave me some simple vitamins that cost around 11 euros branded "POGGI FARMACIA".... I didn't work in the factory all day because of these people (who you trust) who try to throw away their products every single time even if maybe a person like me needs something else.
