I repeatedly asked for the price of a product (an intimate cleanser) because I wanted to choose which one to get at a price that wasn't too high and the pharmacist no longer knew what way to find not to tell me the exact price of a specific product he wanted me to buy. The aforementioned product was certainly the most targeted for my problem, as the pharmacist told me. This does not mean that I have the right to know the price of an item before deciding whether to buy it. Surely I was wrong too, that in the end I took it. But I found the episode annoying and the pharmacist dishonest.

Friendly and helpful staff and easy parking. I would like to say a few words for the doctor who does the swabs (I would like to point out that I have been carrying out a swab every 48 hours since October 15th and I have been to all the pharmacies in Ragusa) who amazed me first with the delicacy with which she carries out the test and then because she was the only one, to date, who bothered to ask me if she had caused me too much discomfort. Gesture of sensitivity that deserves praise! Thank you

All the staff are very kind and always available. The doctor in charge of the swabs, who puts you at ease and explains what to do so as not to bother you, is very delicate in carrying out the swab. This pharmacy is my only point of reference.

New and modern pharmacy, in a good location and with free parking in front of the entrance. The staff is very kind, courteous, friendly and willing to follow the customer in his needs, recommending the right drug based on the circumstance and providing the necessary very competent explanations of the drug. The Doctor behind the counter is very kind and friendly, but the Doctor in charge of the swabs is very rude and arrogant. If you have to take swabs I don't recommend her, the Doctor in charge of the swabs should come down from her pedestal.
