Pharmacy with many products also for facial care. I have been a customer for years. The staff is very professional and genuinely kind so it is a pleasure to go and buy or simply ask for information. Even on the phone they are always very polite and if they don't have the medicine or the requested product they make it arrive the next day. Only during the swab rush were there staff I had never seen before with a lack of good civic education and who seemed to have come from a neighborhood in difficulty.
Good pharmacy with all kinds of over-the-counter medicines
If you want FALSE NEGATIVE swabs go there! I took an unhygienic swab in this pharmacy with the immediate negative result. Being sure I was positive (important and serious symptoms), and having felt the swab carried out by the operator (Paola Garbero) clearly superficially, I repeated a do-it-yourself swab in the car, which was immediately POSITIVE. I immediately went back outside the pharmacy to make it known and they invited me to go in and queue to tell the pharmacist, thus deliberately exposing their customers to a positive potential. I was subsequently repeated the test free of charge by another operator (even though I noticed in the documentation that the same operator is listed) and this too proved POSITIVE. I am aware that to err is human, but to persevere is diabolical, given that when I compared myself with a friend (also symptomatic) a few days ago she took a swab with the same operator in the same pharmacy which came back negative. So at this point I wonder how many false negatives have been produced and how many people at risk may have been exposed due to mere superficiality. I conclude by saying that the pharmacists were friendly and helpful and it can't be everyone's fault, but I hope serious action will be taken in this regard.
