Courtesy, professionalism, a true pearl in the heart of old Monteverde.
Historic pharmacy in Monteverde Vecchio, I'm not familiar with reviewing pharmacies but since COVID-19 broke out not all of them have offered "adequate" services. Having a 1 year old child, who unfortunately was attacked by this virus, the Doctor, pharmacists and all the staff were kind, professional and patient (especially with a very young child). I give 5 stars for the humanity of the people who work there and for the professionalism they always guarantee to the inhabitants of the neighborhood.
Historic pharmacy in old Monteverde. Large and well stocked. Even the cosmetics part is well stocked with good products and the staff is always available. All the doctors are professional and kind.
Poorly stocked pharmacy, embarrassing prices to say the least and rather rude and unprofessional staff (in particular a new doctor with dark hair and short stature), except in rare cases. The pharmacy in Piazzale San Giovanni di Dio is much more convenient and well-stocked!
Well-stocked pharmacy with affable and sensitive staff, testimony to their availability for the most original and disparate requests....my compliments to their immense and professional patience
