I was looking for a pharmacy that carried out rapid swabs and seeing the people in line I thought I'd stop here. I politely asked the queue if I could go in to ask since no one could confirm it for me, but as soon as I crossed the threshold and said "good evening" without being able to say anything else, I was told a firm "NO". At which I go out and thank the queue. I understand that the period is stressful and difficult for them too, but this attitude certainly doesn't help.
Sunday morning at 9.30am. 2 people waiting behind me. I ask for a blood sugar test also supported by the presence of a special "analysis room". They don't ask me if I'm diabetic, they don't ask me if the request is urgent, the only laconic answer is "we're sorry but we don't provide this service on Sundays". They don't even ask me to wait a few minutes. I turn on my heel and leave.
I discovered this pharmacy via the internet as I was looking for a life-saving drug for my dog suffering from Cushing's disease. They were very kind, professional and very fast.
