Tonight, according to the shifts posted on the shutters of all the pharmacies in Pomezia, including yours, you should have been open. My son felt ill, I came from Campo Ascolano to you but found everything closed. In the end I had to go to Pomezia. You just wasted my time and at 4 in the morning with a sick child is not the best. Leave night shifts alone if you are unable to cover them.
Excellent service, Doctor Elisabetta is always wonderful at helping professionally, knows how to listen and give valuable advice. All the lovely staff! I've been going to them for years and I'm more than happy. THANK YOU! 🌹
An endless queue outside because inside there are two at the counter and one in line. A unique slowness, a sloth moves faster. The average customer service, even if you only take one medicine, is very high. In line 27 minutes for 8 people ahead of me
I live nearby and I've been going there for many years now... they are very kind people!! I would never change pharmacy, even if there is often a queue outside... Doctor Stefania and Doctor Vincezo are EXCEPTIONAL!!!
Obviously they don't have the medicine I requested and it wasn't possible to book it because they are closed on Sundays. In a vacation spot the quality of service is poor. Obviously I waited until 4.20pm for the opening.... Not even continuous hours are foreseen. There are no words.
