Leaving ethical issues aside, when the pharmacist's profession becomes that of a shopkeeper, the risk is that, faced with the rudeness suffered, one experiences difficult moments even in the pharmacy, as well as receiving bad news in the doctor's office. No empathy, just a bureaucratic sale of drugs. I prefer to hear the hateful "we don't have to" in other contexts and not in personal care industries.
They are hardworking, pragmatic and honest. It takes a lot of patience in this period and some reviews in my experience are undeserved. I'm sorry to have been rude but I'm happy to have found a business provided and run by people who face reality and offer good services despite everything. Too bad they're far from my house!
for a little while now you have become really pedantic, presumptuous, rude and sometimes rude! remember that you are healthcare workers! I'm sorry... I used to come very often... there are plenty of pharmacies around that sell the same products as you... but at least they are polite and friendly... I won't come again! scale down!
We received no help in a time of grave need and far from home, although two family doctors, the general practitioner and the specialist were available on the telephone. The situation was serious. Shame! It was denial of public service.
