I would say absurd experience! We call for a swab and they tell us to write a message on Whatsapp. When they answered we didn't quite understand...we asked for further clarification....the person who answered from the pharmacy telephone proved to be quite rude and unprofessional. In the end we canceled because of the way they responded and they ended the storage with laughing faces. Shabby

Requested swab to end quarantine for my husband... the operator places the swab on his nostril for a couple of seconds... a total of €20... and obviously a negative result... worried about the lack of scruple shown, he goes to a another pharmacy that carries it out much more meticulously, giving it a positive outcome... And then they tell us that the infections are not decreasing......

I sent an email with a prescription from my doctor. I came to collect it a few hours later and everything was ready. Friendly staff in a new and bright environment.
